Can I buy property in Spain as a foreigner?

What are the first steps in the process of buying a property?
The first step after choosing the property would be paying a reservation fee, to remove it from the market. Then obtaining the NIE and opening a bank account, hiring a lawyer who will check the property documents, steps that we will gladly take care of for you.
Can i buy a property in Spain with credit?
Yes, you can buy with credit from spanish banks, if your family income in your country is at least 4,000 euros per month.
Is this the final price, or there are some other taxes to pay?
Instead of the price of the property, you need to pay taxes. If the property is new build , you pay 10% VAT, if it is resale ITP 10% , and notary fees, Land Registry fees, lawyer, stamp duty(AJD),mortgage fees. All these can be around 12-15%.
